For everything, there has to be a vision. God had a vision for man and how He wanted the final state of man to be. He saw that state of man right up to the time of Jesus’s second return, and beyond. That showed Father God working from what, in our mind, would be the end; but it is not really the end. It is just a point where certain activities would have culminated, primarily the redemption of man, the judgment for the Blood of Jesus and the binding and judging of Lucifer and all who followed him. At this juncture, it is important to note that this is by no means the end. In fact, it happens to be the beginning of another leg of God and his creation, or rather, the continuation of the vision of God. God is a visionary. Amazing! When the word of God speaks about his all-seeing eye, that all seeing eye is also the ever-seeing eye. Hallelujah!
Man is armed with the limitation of the flesh, sin, dying. Through the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus, God has put us in a place where he has caused us to see as well. God is removing the veil from our eyes. He is giving his people visions in the night while asleep. This has scriptural support. People are also having open visions. Whether these are open or in a dream, God is giving man an encounter with the invisible. He is taking man to heaven and hell to give him visions from beyond, a step into eternity.
This usually has a profound impact on the life of a person. The vision through God’s eyes into the beyond, is usually a call for a person to come up higher, or a call to go tell the world, or a call to reach out to others so that souls can be saved. God is strategic. God, taking man into his vision, leads to life.
Man’s vision is limited, and often times shrouded; shrouded by the cares of this world, by doubt, anxiety, one stress or another; but God’s vision gives us clarity, Therefore, for our life on earth we need the lens of God. We need to pray that God will take the scales from our eyes, and give us the vision that He has for us in this life, and beyond. When God makes the vision clear, we have to put things in place to effect and affect this vision. We have to have a plan, under God’s leading. God, being who God is, will not give us all the parts of the plan at once. He has a purpose for us, and He will definitely let us know what our calling is. He will then put us on the path to walk out this purpose. One will not know every detail of the path to be travelled in advance. That would lead a person to be too high-minded, refusing to trust God. Being on one’s path means trusting God all the way.
So, you can have a plan. It’s the plan to do his will and to make heaven. A part of the plan has to be to do it His way. This means that at all times you’re yielded to the leading of the Spirit of God. Jesus yielded constantly to the Father, because he did nothing unless his Father told him to do it. For the believer’s life in the natural, there should be a framework of God’s word. The Word gives you the framework for your life in general. Of a truth, he has given you a hope and a future, his thoughts towards you are for good and not evil. He has given you a sound mind. He has not given you the spirit of fear but of power and love and a sound mind. He has given you the mind of Christ. He has given you the weapons of warfare. He has given you your armor. He has given you peace, joy, goodness and mercy.
All these are the framework of your vision. This framework takes you out of the dimension of the natural into the supernatural. This framework is held together by the Holy Spirit, who leads you into all truth. Further to that, Wonderful Holy Spirit comes alongside us and teaches us how to walk, as He is designated as our Guide. Awesome! From there, God gives us the vision for our lives in the natural and He breaks it down layer by layer, segment by segment. Man will tell you that you need a goal that you should set. This goal should have the heavenly vision as a key component.
Whatever man sees himself as, for it to be sustained, he has to walk in prayer. He has to know the mind of God. Without prayer, the vision of God for your life can be set back or can even be frustrated and thwarted. So, have a vision. Find God’s vision by using the framework. Make a plan. Pray always to effect the plan. Trust the Holy Spirit always. God’s vision will keep you ahead of the setbacks of the enemy. Pray. Watch unto prayer. Do nothing without first checking in with the Holy Spirit. Keep on your watch. Watch ye. Stand fast in the faith. Quit ye like men and be strong. Go ahead, make a plan for your life, for your family’s life, for your children’s life. God’s vision will show you the way as you honor the vision with prayer.
